Outreach Scholarship Program (OSP)
In the year 2007, three hundred ninety fully-paid scholarships have been awarded to successful students for their undergraduate studies in leading universities of the country. It is expected that during the period of 2007-2012, this program will ensure award of scholarships to almost 3,500 students from rural / non-metropolitan areas to get access to the best quality ICT education in Pakistan. These students will take part in international quality ICT commercial and academic research and development activities and hence become an important component of the social uplift in rural areas.
 

Industry Apprenticeship Program
Under this program well established IT and Telecom companies give jobs to young graduates in ICT related fields.  During the first year these newly hired fresh graduates are given on job professional training by the employer.  Companies that provide such opportunities are given financial assistance  by National ICT R&D Fund. The National ICT R&D Fund has facilitated the following companies by providing funds for successful execution of the program.
