Executive Summary

This project is the Phase II of a completed project titled ‘Conversion of NGOSS Compliant, Web 2.0 Enabled Mediator, Rater and Biller Applications’. The entire suite of applications consists of seven applications i.e. Mediator, Rater, Biller, CRM, BI, Inventory Management and Fraud Management.

This proposal (Phase II) is for:
- Conversion of the already developed Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.
- Development of a Business Intelligence (BI) System for Telecom Operators.

Another feature of this project is to convert the existing Mediator, Rater and Biller applications from an enterprise implementation to a Web Service based purely on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and into a complete SaaS for Telco Billing to be run on Cloud Platform. This project will provide the basis for a Billing solution and data analysis to Cellular Operators, Landline Service Providers, VOIP Operators, Integrated Service Providers, Calling Card Operators and small size Independent Telco’s
