Industry Apprenticeship Program

Providing specialized professional training to young engineers is extremely important for achieving our goals.  We have an industry apprenticeship program.   Under this program well established IT and Telecom companies give jobs to young graduates in ICT related fields.  During the first year these newly hired fresh graduates are given on job professional training by the employer.  Companies that provide such opportunities are given financial assistance.  Selection of companies to join this program is based on well defined criteria. Similarly, specialized short courses for continued professional training are offered at subsidized rates to engineers.
