Request for Proposal (RFP) for Registration & Testing Services

Proposals are invited from reputed testing agencies to register the students and to conduct Scholarship Award Test nationally. The scholarships will be awarded for 4 year under-graduate degrees in ICT related fields.

Proposals must be received no later than 3:00pm PST on 16th March, 2011. Proposals via courier, postal mail or by hand are acceptable. A softcopy (word document) must be submitted with the actual proposal.
